McFadden Ltd employs a hierarchical
management approach to contract delivery. We believe that
this provides direction and clarity within our growing company.
With clear chains of command, there are effective channels
of communication and supervision. This gives the client an
efficient, best-value service. Whilst we enjoy the external
perception of being a flexible and approachable service provider,
it is this underlying clarity of structure that supports every
aspect of contract management – from tender to completion.
The company currently directly employs
70 people comprising a range of personnel who have the experience,
training and capability to deliver a wide range of services
to high specifications.
These include:
• Contract management staff with civil engineering and
construction
management qualifications coupled with extensive and varied
experience
• An in-house financial management team
• A Health & Safety Manager.
In addition, we have access to a range
of experienced, specialist subcontractors throughout Ireland.
Our approved sub-contractors are managed in the same way as
our internal contract delivery teams. They have proven competence
of delivering sub-contracted work to the same standards demanded
of McFadden Ltd’s own employees. This wide-ranging skills
base ensures effective contract delivery.
In recent years, we have entered into
partnerships with a range of clients on large framework contracts.
Building on this experience, we plan to develop further partnerships
with complementary contract services providers throughout
Ireland.
